To begin a free membership with Kamali Dash all members must have a valid government ID from any state (passport ok) OR have the name of a current member with Kamali Dash (referral deals apply). Having a free membership with Kamali Dash is the only way to access the items listed in our “MENU” section, and receive discounts seen on our “DEALS” section. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Coins can not be taken as a form of payment with your deliveries.
- If you need change you must let us know when ordering. Our drivers do not carry change on them. If you tell us you don’t need change but end up needing it, the change will be used towards credit on your next order. Change cannot be given in the form of zelle as of January 2023.
- Deliveries must be served on the sidewalk or at your driver's vehicle. Mailbox/front door drop offs can no longer be served.
- Members have a max of a 10 min grace period to receive their order from the time stamp of arrival notice. After the 10 min grace period and no show, the driver will leave your location and head to their next order. Once your driver leaves you will be refunded any prepayment within 24 hours, sent the pick up location or schedule a delivery for the following business day.
- Drivers and all staff members representing Kamali Dash (anyone you communicate with) can not be harassed or bullied for enforcing our policy.
- Referrals sent by members will not disrespect Kamali Dash or its members. If an unfortunate event occurs the OG member understands this may affect or possibly terminate future referral perks, but not their member status.
Calls for Termination:
- When placing deliveries and the member is not at their location or have payment ready upon delivery (e.g. having to go to the atm) for a total of three failed delivery attempts will result in your delivery perk being revoked. You may still pick up.
- When placing pick up orders and saying, “I’m outside” and have not shown up for more than five minutes on 3 or more different occasions your pick up perk will be revoked.
- Having three failed delivery and pick up attempts will call for your membership to be revoked 100%.
- No courtesy text + No show when placing an order may result in immediate termination of your membership, with or without notice.
- Making your staff at Kamali Dash feel uncomfortable or threatened will result in immediate termination of your membership, with or without notice.
Shipping Only Members:
- With your membership you understand that your payment is required before your order can be shipped. Once payment is sent your order will be sent the following Tuesday or Friday.
- Orders placed without payment sent in 24-48 hours will have all items placed back on the menu to become available for the next member to order, with or without notice.
- Kamali Dash is a delivery service so when shipping is required you understand that deals and specials may differ from deals and specials offered to same day delivery members.
- With your membership you know you are able to receive the referral perks found on our “DEALS” page.
- With your membership you know you are able to receive loyal perks that are different from the ones located on our “DEALS” page.
